Graves disease and my temper

I rage really bad. I was just diagnosed 3 weeks ago. It seems like I can't control my anger at times. Like I go from 0 to holy crap in less than a second. It's kind of scary. The slightest thing and I'm ready for war. Hate this disease!!!

Happy to see it hasn't affected your sense of humour. Hope things are better now.

Hi, I was like that.

It will feel better once your thyroid gets stabilized. It is important that you are gentle and patient with yourself right now.

Good luck! x

Oh boy, I know how you feel ! I was way OTT with impatience for weeks. What were your last test results, and are you already on antithyroids (eg. Carbimazole or PTU) ? Do you have any other symptoms?

My dr said I have the biggest and most active thyroid he has ever seen. I'm 5'8 130lbs. But I have the thyroid of a man 6'4 260. Its almost 6.5 centimeters
