Many people have benign nodules. IMO, your report does not indicate the characteristics of malignant nodules such as micro-calcification, hypo-echoic, lack of fatty hilum, small and multiple. I would monitor the nodules via neck U/S every 6 to 12 months. See if there are changes. I think they are too small to perform a FNA biopsy. Usually they have to be 7mm.
I would be sure to test your thyroid levels and include Free T4, Free T3, TgAb and Tg. If they are out of range or barely in range, that could indicate a sick thyroid. Many doctors test only the TSH. Be sure to find someone that is knowledgeable in thyroiditis.
Splitting results across eight separate posts almost guarantees confusion. That is further compounded if people respond on more than one of those posts.
