Have you got full blood test results, with ranges, to share with TSH, Total thyroxin, FT4 , FT3, two thyroid autoimmune antibodies tests, Vit D, B12, folate and ferritin?
I think I’d visit another doctor in the practice if possible and explain how you’re feeling, stressing that you do, absolutely do, take your levothyroxine and that it’s not working. Is there someone you can take with you for support? It’s not on that you’re being patronised and disbelieved when you’re feeling so ill (and if it was me, I think I’d say so!). And while there, get a print out of your results so you can post them here for comment.
It might be you have some gut absorption issues which need investigating—for example, you may be intolerant to gluten. Don’t let them treat you this way—you deserve better and deserve your situation to be fully investigated. Big hug x
