Depends on the reference range for your ferritin. Is it something like 13-150 which is typical for post-menopausal women? If so then it is only slightly elevated and may be due to inflammation or infection. Have you had ferritin tested before, was it raised then, is it an ongoing thing and getting higher? You could always discuss with your GP.
The crp level seems high, Susie, tho we are not given range. So I’d hazard a guess that inflammation is the culprit. What do you think? I think doc should look into this further.

Indeed it is high and I think inflammation is probably the culprit. The OP is a member of another forum and has posted this on there, saying she was expecting the CRP to be high as she has osteoarthritis, which is why I didn't comment on that.
