Hi

For the last few weeks I seem to be permanent suffering from frontal headaches and low level nausea. Is this a common hypo symptom? I try to drink plenty and am obsessed with food so eat v regularly. I am also knackered.

Can be. I suffered severe, frequent migraines and low level, constant nausea prior to being diagnosed with Hashi's plus exhaustion and weakness. Check your thyroid test levels and building blocks as indicated on this forum for maximum thyroid hormone production. That is B12, D3, B12, folate and ferritin. Are you gluten free? Have you had food intolerance testing? I now also use probiotics regularly and swear by them.

Hello, recent TFT’s and increase in t3. B12 etc all within range. I do take probiotics and have had a blood test to rule out coeliac recently. Thank you for your reply though.
