Hi has anyone been prescribed liothyronine from TEVA I've been given this instead of my original from Concordia. I'm feeling quite ill tired, no energy and swearing awefully. Has anyone had this ? If so what t3 have you tried that has helped?

Re t3 and change from amco
I felt poorly on TEVA Liothyronine too. I’ve gone back to MP / Concordia. Ok again now.
There are only three NHS brands of Liothyronine
Mercury Pharma
Teva
Morningside Healthcare
Many people do not get on with Teva
Suggest you return to pharmacy and ask for usual brand.
You may need to get new prescription from GP
Some prefer Morningside Healthcare others only like Mercury
Hi, thanks for the reply. I've asked my local chemist he contacted Concordia and I have to ask for amco apparently companies have merged. I hope this is right as I just want My original formula which I believe Concordia made and were the only suppliers in the uk.
what are the problems and issues people are having with Teva? Have been on them for a month as supplied by chemist, having previously always taken Mercury, my initial feelings are that they are not as strong, I am putting on weight and my sleep pattern has gone haywire!
I have been supplied Teva this time it’s only been 9 days but I’m so so ill had to come off it just been to drs who confirmed different brands can cause different symptoms & issued me a new prescription but still had to ask chemist for original mercury pharma they have ordered me some in have to wait until Monday as might be teva when it turns up as they are out of stock in uk ohh & I did complete a yellow card thanks to this wonderful site xx
