Click on your avatar on the top right-hand side and it will take you to a new page and cursor down to 'help'. I think that takes you into Healthunlocked itself and leave a message. I will also 'message' you with the above just in case you cannot read it.

The avatar is the cricle with theface in it. Mine is green with black sillotette but lots of people have thier own photos in I think.

I have had thesame and it went on for a long time. It seemed that I ended up in a loop of it not lettingme change password ans not recognising user name. No sure how it was fixed it was such a long time ago. I think I managed to contact health unlocked who emailed me instructions. I feel for you as I have been there but can only suggest you do the same as I did.

I actually think I have done it . 🤓🤓

Looking at it though it seems less user friendly . Its just that some questions are there and I couldnt access then. Another thing I find that I can send myself a particular answer I wish to keep now . Before it would send it across but I wouldnt be able to open it.

Anyway I think I am sorted now
