Notice two months or so ago you were on 50 mcg levothyroxin but your results were better than these: lower TSH and higher FT4, but FT3 under 5. I am assuming you have mistakenly put FT3 on your recent results when it should read FT4 with range (9-22), so perhaps the FT3 is 4.12. Have you changed your levothyroxin dose, if not you need more to get your FT3 about/above mid range? Would suggest levothyroxin increase of 25 mcg, retest after 6 weeks, then if necessary add another 25 mcg. The thyroglobulin autoimmune antibodies show you have Hashimoto's( though Tpo is not raised); these antibodies periodically attack your thyroid gland mistakenly believing it to be 'alien', then dead cells along with thyroid hormones are dumped into the blood stream causing peaks or 'flares'. Some find a gluten free diet helps Hashimoto's. Worth getting your Vit D, B12, folate and ferritin tested too, and if necessary supplement to upper half of ranges ( see SeasideSusie's replies to earlier posts re. vit/ min levels, supplements etc).
Oh tank you what scare me is my antithyroglobuline increase from 400 to 740 is itrelated to carcinoma?
Mine was higher than yours and completely ignored. I think it is low thyroglobulin that is a cancer test ie not the same thing!
Have you written the FT4 and FT3 results and ranges round the wrong way?
Yes I me completely out
