My daughter is 15 years old...recently i did her esr so result was 19mm...so can anyone say me wat does it actually mean??

Is it within range for the lab you used. Some are up to 20 other around 12/15 but really that level shouldn't be too concerning if no other/obvious illness. It's a measure of inflammation in the body but can easily be through a slight passing infection or very often an indication of inflammatory conditions-if very high, which your daughters doesn't appear to be at present. Best course is to speak to gp if there are concerns and then redo test in a while to see where rate is then. Gp is your best bet for advice since they will have your daughters medical history to align the ear too.
