Thanks to everyone who replied to me about tinnitus. Many valuable comments and resources by everyone. I had no idea there were so many sufferers out there. It does seem to me there must be an autoimmune connection.

I’ve got thyroid tests scheduled soon so I’ll see if I’ve gone hypo, and if that could be a factor. And also if getting my prednisone lower( currently on 25mg. For PMR/GCA) will help. The worst tinnitus is in my right ear, the same side as I had the GCA headache.
