Hi all
I’ve managed to source T3 with the help of one of the members of this forum.
My question is, how far enough time wise from T4 should I take it? The tablet is 25mcg of which I am only starting on 6.25mcg (1/4).
Thank you again for your help xx

There is no reason why you can't take it at the same time as Levo. What time do you take your Levo?
Thank you for replying Susie 😊 for the last couple of weeks I’d been taking T4 at night but I found it too difficult to avoid interactions with other meds I need to take at night for asthma so as of yesterday I switched to morning again, it’s so much more convenient. So I usually take it about 7am, get ready for work then by the time I’m in work it’s well over an hour so I can then have breakfast.
I was getting confused whether T3 interacted with T4. X
I take both mine before I get up in the morning. Levo I take when I need the loo during the night, but that time can vary from 3am to 6-7am. If it's the later time I take my T3 at the same time. My test results show that both are working well
See how you go, if you don't think it's working for you, you can always experiment.
I take mine at about 6 am: 1/2 a 25 mcg T3 pill with 75 mcg levothyroxin, then other half of the 25 mcg T3 pill at 6 pm. This allows time to eat, drink and take supplements without various conflicts re absorption. Had taken my levothyroxin more at 3 am when woke up to go to loo, but on introduction of T3 was afraid that 1/8 th of T3 pill was so tiny I'd miss seeing,it or drop it , in the dark!
You can take it at the same time as levo.
