Can someone have a look at my results please? It doesn't appear that they have tested everything. The doctor today has advised me to remain on 75mcg levothyroxin daily with a retest in 12 weeks to make sure TSH hadn't dropped too low. I am feeling better than I've felt in a long time, just wish my hair would grow back and I could lose some weight.

You are under-medicated with a TSH of 1.8. It should be one or under. But, you're right, they aren't testing everything. There's not FT3 and no antibodies. Would you be in a position to get those tested privately?
You really should be on 100 mcg levo. It doesn't matter if your TSH goes low. In fact, the TSH is more or less irrelevant when taking levo. The important number is the FT3. Dosing by the TSH is a very good way to keep the patient sick!
So you only went onto levothyroxin after your test in Feb.2018 (TSH 120), what dose, 50 mcg? Two months later your TSH had reduced to 11, and FT4 raised to 9.7, and you went onto 75 mcg. Then a further two months later your TSH only was tested at 1.82. It is fairly normal after initial diagnosis that the FT4 is not retested, and very rare for the T3 to get tested. I would think you are still undermedicated, as the forum suggests TSH on levothyroxin should be 1 or under, so an increase to 100 levothyroxin would be in order. Unfortunately without the other thyroid levels known(Ft4, FT3,T4) it will be difficult to medicate more accurately. Many of us go down the route of private testing ( eg Medichecks, Blue Horizon), and even medication. Do you know if you have had autoimmune antibodies tested for Hashimoto's hypothyroidism? The majority of hypothyroid sufferers are in this category, unfortunately it tends to mean we have poor gut absorption and have low levels of vitamins/minerals. It is essential we have optimum levels of Vit D, B12, folate and ferritin. The labs can do tests for antibodies, vit/ mins and T3 which might be worth considering if you want good thyroid health. Improvement in hair takes 2-3 months anyway; you will see lots of us have weight problems and difficulty loosing it- worth a trawl through past posts.

It shows you the levels of TSH in a healthy population with no known thyroid disease. The most common result (the mode) is 1.25. People who are hypothyroid need a TSH that is generally lower than that of healthy people to have a hope of feeling well, which is why we say on this forum that TSH should be about 1 or below.
But as has been mentioned, TSH is what doctors fixate on.
Patients have discovered that what makes the difference is Free T3. If the level of this is right for the patient - in the upper half of the reference range or possibly even near the top of the reference range - then hypo symptoms will go away. What the TSH does is irrelevant.
