Is there anything to be worried?

Impossible to say. TSH is not the whole story. And you haven't said if she has any symptoms.

She needs a complete thyroid panel to include

TSH

FT4

FT3

Thyroid antibodies

Now Dr. Told to check FT3 and FT4 after 10 days.

Haemoglobin is 12.2, ESR is 09 mm in 1st hour,

Come back with new results and please include the reference ranges so that the results can be interpreted. Ranges vary from lab to lab so we need the results from the lab that did the tests.
