If they could get their ingredients right, it might give some confidence!
The Description says it has ingredients including vitamin B complex & magnesium
The Ingredients says it only has three ingredients - none of them being either vitamin B or magnesium!

Looks like this grossly unacceptable ingredient list hails from the manufacturer. Seems to be called More Sleep in the USA.

From rxlist.com/lemon_balm/suppl...
"Special Precautions & Warnings:
Thyroid disease: Don't use lemon balm. There is a concern that lemon balm may change thyroid function, reduce thyroid hormone levels, and interfere with thyroid hormone-replacement therapy."
"Are there any interactions with medications?
Thyroid hormone
Interaction Rating: Moderate Be cautious with this combination.
Talk with your health provider.
Taking lemon balm seems to decrease how well thyroid hormone works in the body. Taking lemon balm with thyroid hormone might decrease the effectiveness of the thyroid hormone.
Some medications used for thyroid hormone replacement include levothyroxine (Synthroid, Levoxyl, Levothroid), liothyronine (Cytomel), Armor Thyroid, and others."
I was going to try it a few months ago but decided against it after reading that.
Thanks i dont think i will waste my money on this product
I haven't tried them, but if they contain Melissa (lemon balm) do NOT take if you are hypo as it is a herbal treatment for overactive thyroid. Great if you are hyper.
