Blood result advice anyone help

Just had blood results back two days ago

Thyroid function test serum 4.4(0.3_4.2)

Rheumatoid factor10(0.0_14.0)

Serum curate level 321(140_360)

Dr said normal result I know I have hashimotos but I feel always hypothyroid I have put so much weight on at least 3 stone even though active and on slimming world diet which has always worked for me hope some one can advice me thank you
