I am on levothroxine and I am on desunin 800u tabs I was never told to take them separate though I have been on them nearly 2 years don’t feel no different

What is your Vit D level? You are probably on too low a dose of D3.

D3 is fat soluble so needs to be taken with the fattiest meal of the day. And you may now know, from what you say in your post, that it needs to be taken 4 hours away from thyroid meds.

When taking D3 there are important cofactors needed - magnesium helps the body absorb D3, and Vit K2-mk7 directs the extra uptake of calcium from food to bones and teeth where it is needed and away from arteries and soft tissue where it can be deposited and cause problems.

Your doctor probably doesn’t know. They tend not to be up on vitamins and minerals or good nutrition.
