I have internal tremors many years never thought it was due to the thryoid?

Can anyone help with this or point me in the right direction? I have read and known of others with this I live in UK and I am on 100mcg Levo. I mention it but get nowhere fast..pretty typical. I have Alpha One Antitrypsin Deficiency a genetic Liver /Lung disease which is a sister disease to Cystic Fibrosis and thyroid is on our spectrum it took my thyroid to crash totally before I got a test allocated, after mostly my research and convincing them there was a strong association between the 2 diseases. I was very sick on being diagnosed in UK and my thyroid jumps up and down with the meds , it's super annoying that patients are not made aware of this condition here and worse from what I read on the thyroid sites not offered the best treatments. A patient (fellow Alpha) has just been diagnosed with Thyroid cancer after a long and missed diagnosis of Hashimoto's, so back to tremors something I get now and wondering is this through levo or the condition. Thanks in advance. Oh forgot to say I have never been referred to an Endo here either, so would that make a difference?

Thanks I can post my last results not had one done in a while, so maybe pre Christmas. I take Accrete D3 and a Vit C tab supplement, I have osteopenia part and parcel of chronic lung disease due to AATD..but B ? never. I will post here, thanks for the kind help ..
