Help with getting hold of a paper

Recently someone asked if I had a copy, or knew where to get a copy, of the paper below. Must admit, the title does make it sound interesting though possibly the reality will let us down.

As I couldn't help (and my interest has also been piqued), does anyone here have a copy?

Neth J Med. 1981;24(1):1-5.

Replacement therapy with L-thyroxine: serum thyroid hormone and thyrotropin levels in hypothyroid patients changing from desiccated thyroid to pure thyroxine substitution therapy.

Krenning EP, Docter R, Visser TJ, Hennemann G.

PMID: 7207689

The journal is only available from 2002 onwards, the British Library do not have a copy either. You could ask one of the authors for a copy but check they are alive and kicking first.

Yes - the journal's online presence makes it look as if it didn't exist before 2002. :-(
