How do I get antibodies down?

Other than aip diet,

How do I get them down? I’ve cut out gluten and dairy.

Are you supplementing with selenium l-selenomethionine 200mcg daily, that can help, as can keeping TSH suppressed.

Thank you SeasideSusie yes taking selenium and tsh going down I think! Next blood test next week

It also takes time, so as you are cutting out dairy and gluten, if you havent already gotten an allergy test (would recommend), be on the look out for other foods that can cause a reaction and eliminate those too as well for now.

Yep thanks I know that too. Hard to keep stress down when feel so ill though!

I know, but it is worth persevering with. No quick fix solutions unfortunately.
