I have many symptoms including.... fatigue, always cold, hair loss (particularly eyebrows and lashes!?) Weight gain and almost impossible to lose any weight regular (daily) exercise, very healthy diet. Constant muscle and joint pain.
I have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia as my thyroid test results fall into the 'normal' range. I have been told that these can often be misleading. My results are as follows:
Antibody Level <20
Serum Free T3 Level 4.1
Serum Free T4 Level 11
Serum TSH Level 0.94
Do any of these seem like they may be the cause of my problems? Can anyone advise please?
Thank you in advance.

Well, for the moment, your results are euthyroid, although your FT4 is very low. But, you wouldn't get diagnosed with these levels, and it's rather doubtful if they are the cause of your symptoms. You don't even have high antibodies. Although your symptoms would suggest hypo.
Did you get your nutrients tested : vit D, vit B12, folate and ferritin? Nutritional deficiencies can mimic hypo symptoms. I know you said you have a healthy diet, but we're not so much what we eat, we are what we absorb. And, if you have some sort of gut problem, you might not be absorbing very well. Worth a test, anyway.
But don't give up on your thyroid. Continue to test from time to time. With that low FT4, your FT3 could go even lower. You should keep an eye on it.
I take Vit B12, D, Magnesium, Calcium and Zinc supplements daily. My levels on my tests were all normal.
I'm Veggie, no dairy, no sugar, no alcohol, no caffine I eat around 1100 calories a day and exercise for at least 2 hours per day. If I eat anymore than that I pile weight on even if it just veggies. I am in constant pain, so if it's not my thyroid I am at a total loss. Feeling incredibly depressed right now, but thank you for your advice.
