Just an update, I’ve had the retest results through on Saliva Cortisol tests and full Thyroid check, not had Vitamin results yet. If its ok I’ll post them here, any and all advice welcome. Ive just made an appointment with GP re Cortisol results to ask for blood test.

I'm sorry you haven't had any replies but your results are so very difficult to read. The photo is too pale to be read easily. And results one after the other as you've done them above, just make eyes ache and heads hurt. Especially when done in capitals like that. One under the other is the best way, without any unnecessary words. So...
Cortisol (waking) - 5.080 nmol/l (6-21)
Cortisol (12.00) - <1.5 etc. etc. etc.
And it might be a good idea to type out the results from the photo, too. Sorry.
