I understand it is much cheaper to source T3 abroad. I am travelling to Greece later in the year and wonder if it would be safe to buy some over there and bring back, are there any restrictions on bringing medication back to the UK?

If you holiday abroad are you permitted to bring back T3?
You can bring back some, I think it's allowed to be 3 months worth but no idea how they work that out when no-one would know how much you take daily!
However, although T3 used to be available over the counter in Greece, it has been prescription only for residents for many months now and even then usually only one pack each time. You may be very lucky and find the odd pharmacy that will let you have some but T3 tourism is, to all intents and purposes, over in Greece and the Greek Islands.
And if you do manage to bring some back, legally it can only be for yourself.
As I read the provisions, it can be for members of your household. Which does not appear to be defined in the legal wording but I suggest "people living together in one property as a family" would be a reasonable starting point.
