To work out any ratio, divide the first number by the second. If you want LH:FSH it's 20/16 = 5/4 or 5:4 or 1.25. If you want FSH:LH, it would be 16/20 = 4/5 = 4:5 or 0.8. I have no idea which is correct or what is normal, you might do better asking in a forum that deals with sex hormones
