Hi have been suffering with dizziness when I turn my head or if I tilt my head back. Its been happening for the past few weeks on and off but seems to be happening more often now. I suffer from graves disease but my levels are all in range. I have a thyroid nodule so not sure if that is causing the problem.

Anyone else suffered with dizziness with graves disease?

I don't have Graves disease but I have had dizziness connected to a certain position. After GP checking for any problem with ears, I was diagnosed with Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV). It might be worth you looking into this

My GP mentioned the Epley Manoeuvre but didn't offer to perform it. I found out how to do it myself on YouTube and after the third time of doing it it cleared up.

Have you had your B12 tested? I get terrible dizzy attacks when my B12 is low. :)
