Sorry to repost but feeling quite anxious. I posted last night and have had one reply. Not on any meds TSH of 0.2 (0.4-4.5) ,last June my TSH was 0.48. Not feeling right at all. Have a goitre with largest nodule 4cm.

As mentioned on your previous post you need results for FT4 & FT3 ... noone can comment on just your TSH reading - hence so few replies 😊
How are your vitamins and minerals ? - B12 - Folate - Ferritin - Vit D ??

I think most people who suffer from hyperthyroidism end up with a TSH which is lower than 0.2, but really it isn't possible to say anything definite about your thyroid status with just a TSH.
One thing to bear in mind is that low nutrients can cause anxiety in some people.
With a TSH of 0.2 and no other information, you could have central hypothyroidism or subclinical hyperthyroidism or overt hyperthyroidism, or have no thyroid problems at all.
Another problem related to thyroid dysfunction is the possibility that you have low or high cortisol. Having the wrong levels of cortisol will often cause anxiety too.
