Where is optimal for ft4 to be when talking both t4 and t3?

Where in range is optimal for ft4 when taking both levo and Lio?

FT4 will always be low when taking T3. It doesn't matter. The body only hangs on to what it needs, and it doesn't need as much T4 when you're taking T3. It's the FT3 the important number.

Is this OK or too high then when I'm taking 12.5 t3 along with my 112.5t4?

Ft3 was 5.2 (3.1-6.8)

It is on the high side. You could try reducing it a little, but if you feel well on this dose, then leave it as it is.
