Please help, struggling with insomnia due to low adrenals.

I am currently taking Nutri Adrenal to improve my low adrenals and finding the insomnia very tough. I have tried a couple of natural things with little help ,but still struggle to get more than 4/5 hours sleep a night

Has anyone got some advice as to what worked for them ?

Also how much adrenal support were you taking when you felt well enough to increase your thyroid meds, or return your meds to where they were initially ?

Why have you reduced your thyroid meds? If you're taking adrenal support why can't you take as much thyroid medication as you need?

Dr Peatfield told me to reduce my Armour by 1/4 grain before starting the adrenal treatment as I was having lots of night time palpitations. He said that " the adrenals are not strong enough for the Armour to be taken up by the body, and that basically the thyroid meds are just sloshing around in the system and not being absorbed and utilised as they should.

A couple of weeks ago I tried bringing back the 1/4 grain again as I thought I now had enough adrenal support in me for the extra 1/4 grain to be utilised, but unfortunately after a week I started to get the night time palpitation again, on two consecutive nights. So Ive since cut the tablet in half(1/8th), and that seems to be fine.

So I have assumed that my adrenals are still not strong enough. It just guesswork really.
