I am getting cramps all over my body . My feet my ribs and now my neck after I yawn. It's agony, does anyone else suffer with them?

Have you had vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 tested recently?

Are you on vitamin D supplements? If so do you also take magnesium?

Low magnesium is common when hypo and especially if vitamin D is or has been low

Low magnesium can cause cramps

Are your thyroid levels better than recently, when you were very hypo

My levels are exactly the same and GP and Dr T won't increase my T4 or T3 . I upped them myself but have had terrible paputions breathlessness and can't sleep. I have been so exhausted and down I feel like I have given up as it's all overwhelming.

My stomach is constantly upset and I struggle to take my vitamins as I have so much acid and reflex. I am normally a upbeat person but I am so tired I just seem to pass the days in a daze. I left my B&B which is now on the market and am renting a bungalow cause I can't get up the stairs. The financial pressure of that is insane.

I have given up seeing my GP and Dr T.

Stresss is not good with thyroid disease, so I hope you sort sale etc ASAP

What supplements do you take? Very important to have high levels of vitamin D, folate, B12 and ferritin must be half way in range

Ask GP to test or get via Medichecks or Blue Horizon

Acid reflux is symptom of being hypothyroid and usually due to low stomach acid

Would recommend trying strictly gluten free diet if you can as you have gut issues

You can add magnesium supplement without testing

Same for a good daily vitamin C

Selenium supplements can help too

But only add one supplement at a time

Insomnia can be linked to low vitamin D and low B vitamins

Thanks SlowDragon. I shall up my T4 T3 and see if I improve. I take all of the above vitamins but have struggled to take them this last month because I am having really bad tummy problems. Feel very sick most of the time. I am gluten free and don't eat much meat as I struggle to digest also same with dairy.

Hopefully house will sell.

Thanks for all support on this site it's a god send x

Have you tried the A2 milk available in larger supermarkets. It has transformed my digestion. There’s lots of info on their website.

Good luck, I hope things improve for you.
