Reference Range is <70 definite diagnoses for hypo adrenal >250 highly unlikely. Ideal around 400. anywhere in between sub clinical and needs further assessment.I received a letter to say my result was 170 and fine no further action. Does anyone have any knowledge on adrenal fatigue etc

Hi I am new here and have had similar readings. Firstly checkout Dr. Wilson on you tube. This should give you the grounding on the subject. If you have a reading below 100 it is Addisons Disease.If it is above 100 it is low cortisol and not recognised by NHS as adrenal fatigue. I am in the same position as you with readings and waiting to see an endocrinologist because I begged!! I have been seeing a kinealiologist who has been a diamond. I now suspect hypothyroidism but until I have more tests I dont know for sure.Hope this helps.
