Anyone have experience with taking pregnenlone?

Ive just had my dutch complete results back from my functional med Dr who advsd that im very low on pregnenlone (not sure if im spelling it correctly) and im low in all of my sex hormones, she has prescribed me 70mg a day to correct my hormone imbalance. Has anyone got any experience with taking this.

Not pregnenolone, but DHEA, which is the next one down the chain. pregnenolone is the parent hormone of a lot of others, but what it converts into seems to be a personal thing.
