how do I find if I’m converting from t4 to t3 ?

Does it show in my blood labs?

Are you taking T3? If so you can't find out how well you convert T4 to T3 because you are adding T3 yourself so you can't get an accurate result.. To find out how well you convert T4 to T3 you would have to be on Levothyroxine only
