Muscle pain from exercise

Hi guys, I have been on levothyroxine for 9months now, before going on to it I had a personally trainer ( due to increased weight) sessions were great but since on the medication am having terrible muscle pain to where I’m on painkillers for 4 days after my training sessions no muscle pain after light exercise but if I push it as normal I’m in a right state. I have been reading the posts on here and everyone seems to have a constant muscle pain has anyone had similar experience to me where it’s after exercise onlyI feel it must be related to meds as I was working out much harder before meds started and had no problems, I’ve started taking protein shakes before exercise and magnesium but that hasn’t helped.😩 x

In a similar matter I had muscular contraction and pain but what tipped me over was joint pain in legs and hands. After testing for horrible diseases I've only found a D3 deficiency and supplemented it, to found relief of both joint pain and muscular issues after approx one month. You may give it a try and test for D3. I am currently supplementing it on a permanent basis.

Good luck!

Oh, and one more thing - mind that, at least in my case, intensive, frequent training tended to increase hypo symptoms as, most likely, increases the usage of available T3

If you post your recent thyroid results and ranges members will advise whether you are optimally dosed. If you are undermedicated you will be depleting T3 and that may be why your recovery from exercise is taking so long.
