This is my MRI, possible Basilar Invagination. It measures 10.54 mm. Anything greater than than 9 mm indicates ventral brainstem compression. I did this with the MicroDICOM program.

This is a thyroid forum for patients. We aren't doctors, and nobody who posts here should be assumed to be a doctor. Your area of interest is rather more technical than any I've seen posted on here before!
Shouldn't your consultant will explain this, or whoever is responsible for interpreting your MRI?
