Listening to a melifluous, all encompassing, upbeat voice like the terrific jazz singer Karen Souza does it for me.

Her voice is gentle, deep and as smooth as silk velvet. You have the impression she is singing just for and only to you... Ooohhhh listening to the way she sings "Shape of my Heart".. just gives me goosebumps.

She is Argentinian hence why we Brits probably don't get to hear that much of her?? We heard her music properly for the first time while in Sicily. She sings covers, in English like nobody else! Some are better than the originals!!

The fabulous orchestration to the music is sheer luxury. She really is magnificent.

Upon our return to the UK we ordered "The Complete Collection" over the internet.

She sends me onto another level; she clears my mind and makes me feel more optimistic...as discussed on the Broken Brain! Ice-cubes in my kefir and Karen Souza...yeahhhh 😼
