Blood results/TT

Hi, I have read in a previous post that optimal blood results may not be relevant after a TT. Is this correct?

Just testing TSH will not tell enough. Once we are on Levothyroxine FT4 and FT3 must be tested at same time as a TSH

Plus vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12

No, it's not correct. You will feel dreadful if thyroid levels are sub-optimal.
