Am i under medicated

Serum TSH level 1.6 (0.27-4.2)

Serum free T4 level 17 pmol/l (11.22.0)

Im on 50mcg levo and dont feel too bad apart from weight gain , muscle aches and tiredness. My liver and kidney functions have gone up since been on levo so im a bit concerned about if i have to go higher on levo how will this effect my kidneys and liver.

Really need to see a T3 result as that is what is needed by every cell of the body

if you still have symptoms there is room for an increase, but if you feel Ok, the dose is sufficient.

Hi thank you. I have been to the doctors today and he has increased to 75mcg so hopefully I will see an improvement in my weight etc soon
