With the complexity of Thyroid issues, the very fact that we have brain fog and the mass of information out there it easy to miss important things that can help us.

Not all of us know or understand what "Methylation" is?

I came across an excellent site.

Please see the link below.

But before you do, I would first just like to mention a few things like bullet points to prepare you for the article, making connections to other info, as with understanding thyroid its all about making connections.

It mentions;

Have you had your appendix out?

Do you have an ever increasing sensitivity, not to say rejection of medications? Do medications just not work for you?

Are you Coeliac?

Do you follow a wheat/ gluten free diet?

The Broken Brain Docu-series focuses on the gut. It also discusses how polluted our environment is; heavy metals, mercury, arsenic, the use of pesticides on our vegetables etc....

Poor methylation dramatically affects our ability to de-toxify ourselves.

Please read the link below on methylation.

Improved methylation would benefit us all dramatically. It's another piece in this huge three-dimensional puzzle that is Thyroid.
