I have had an under active thyroid for 11 years and have happily been on 100mcg which has aliviated alot of my initial symptoms.
My doctor request yearly blood checks and last year my T4 spiked to 26!! So, I had to reduce my Levothyroxine to 50mcg, Checking my bloods every few months my TSH has stayed at 0.02 but my T4 has went from 15 (4 months ago) to 21 (2 months ago). Today I had bloods taken again and my results will be back within a few days.
Unfortunately, I don't feel too well....fatigued, sore joints and very dry, parched skin and a sore tongue!!
I can't work out the levels very well, Iv had the doctor explain it to me but it's just went right over my head! Do my levels look ok? Some advice would be much appreciated.
Thank you 😊

TSH 0.02 with FT4 21 was fine a couple of months ago. Sounds as though you may be undermedicated now though. Post your results with the lab ref ranges (the figures in brackets after your results) in a new question and members will advise.
I felt fine on the higher dose of Levothyroxine.....Iv also put on 9lb in weight since reducing dose 5 months ago. Doesn't make sense to me but hopefully my results due back in a few days will give me a bit of back up so I can get the doctor to increase again. 😊
