hello guys

I am Mohsen from Rio de Janeiro,unfortunately, it is about 8 years i suffer from Hashimoto, during of this years never felt good. sometimes worse sometimes better maybe it was because of my knowledge lack about my disease. recently again I am getting worse and I decided to join the groups like this to use other experience of the friends here

Welcome ,but as this is a UK site much may be a puzzle. But do spend time reading the posts and responses.

For specific advice post your latest blood results : TSH,FT4,FT3, Ferritin,folate,D3 ,B12 and antibodies.
