Are you actually receiving any treatment - you are seriously hypothyroid.

With elevated antibodies, that shows you have autoimmune thyroid disease - often called Hashimoto's thyroiditis.

Have you been re-tested since September?

No treatment because I am having adrenals checked, not retested since Sep 17

That is grossly unacceptable. You need thyroid treatment. If adrenal function needs to be checked first (and I don't disagree with that as an approach), it needs to be done urgently. Not leaving you four months.

If I were your boyfriend, I’d be struggling to understand too - why the doctor isn’t treating my girlfriend’s hypothyroidism!!

Could your boyfriend accompany you to the doctor and help you ask for thyroid hormone replacement to be started? You’re not going to get well until it is.
