I haven't taken my NDT for 4 days?

First of all Merry Christmas to all especially to the admin team who do such an outstanding job!

I accidentally put my NDT in my luggage which got lost. It has now turned up, and have stabilised on 2.5 grains NDT. However i have not taken any for 4 days, is it OK to resume as normal?

I do find it easier to raise fortunately quicker than some people can,as my adrenals are fine.

A little advice would be great!

All the best to everyone!

Russ

Yes, resume as normal as you will have some residue from your last dose in your system. If you do get a fast pulse, then you can reduce slightly.
