Well i was told a couple of weeks a go there was nothing to be seen on my scan for my neck but now my left side keeps swelling up and i feel ill

Was it a thyroid scan you had? Have you had any thyroid function blood tests?
You haven’t really told us much. Could be a swollen gland (not necessarily the thyroid gland) due to a virus.
Do you think it might be your thyroid? (We’re a thyroid health forum so that tends to be our speciality - though folk here know all sorts 
)
