Hi, I was bumped up from 50 mcg of levo to 75 mcg, I took that dose for six weeks and had my tsh come down to 2.5 so my doctor decided to keep me at that dose for the next 3 months. So a week ago I tested for my tsh and it was now at 15!!! I don’t understand I been taking my medication everyday on and empty stomach 1 hour before any meal and 4. Before any vitamins... why did my tsh went back up again?? I’m now being prescribed 88 mcg I hope this brings it back down.

Rather doubtful that such a paltry increase will have any effect on such a high TSH! Your dose should have been increased by 25 mcg, with a retest in six weeks. Do you have high antibodies?
The longer we have the disease, the more the thyroid packs up, plus the longer we are on Levothyroxine the more the body gets use to higher metabolism and is then ready for next increase.
Highly likely such small increase is not enough to bring TSH down to around one. FT4 should be near top of range and FT3 at least half way in range.
Do you have high thyroid antibodies?
Have you had vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 tested. If not ask that these are done. They are often low due to thyroid affecting the gut. Low vitamins need improving with supplements to help thyroid hormones work
Post results and ranges when you have them
Bloods should be retested after 6-8 weeks
All thyroid tests should be done as early as possible in morning and fasting and don't take Levo in the 24 hours prior to test, delay and take straight after. This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results
