Tsh 4.08 (0.35-5) If you are taking levothyroxine and diagnosed with thyroid disease then a TSH of 4.08 is too high. I would ask GP for a dose increase. Most people don't feel well until their TSH is around 1. Your FT4 is low but you also need an FT3 blood test to get the full picture. This is rarely done by GP.

If you are not taking levothyrxoine and you have antibodies then your thyroid may be beginning to fail. Either way you need to have thyroid antibodies tested to find out if you have autoimmune thyroid disease. You could have vitamin levels tested at the same time. B12, folate, ferritin and vitamin D.

Your previous post says you are being treated with carbimazole and propranolol for hyperthyroidism

If this is still the case your dose needs adjusting as you are now hypo
