If that is the only symptom is it possible to be from too much t3? Increased my dose a week ago and now the last 3 days I'm very irritable. Would it be worth trying to increase levo instead? Still not loosing any weight.

Irritable too much t3?
What dose were you taking before your increase? Are you on T3 only or T4/T3.
Am on 125levo and now 9.875mcg t3 is increase 6.25 t3
O.K thanks. See if things settle down. If you are usually calm and relaxed you might need an adjustment, whether up or down is your decision. If you've not had FT4 and FT3 checked it might be wise as your FT3 may be a bit on the low side. On this link you will see why these two are, at times, important to check.

Weight not reducing might suggest you are not yet on an optimum of thyroid hormones. As you are aware all increases have to be at a minimum.
Hannah,
Irritability can be a sign of overmedication or too much T3. Why not stop taking the T3 and see whether irritability improves. T3 isn't a weight loss aid and if you are overmedicated you can gain weight.
I’ve had irritability with too high a dose. Have also gained weight with too high a dose as it stimulates my appetite. I don’t think taking T3 is an effective way to lose weight, but once on a stable optimal dose it’s possible to gradually lose weight with sensible eating.
