Any up to date news re. CMA and Concordia?

Does anyone know if the CMA has / is about to take any further action against Concordia? It's gone very quiet following the burst of news last week. My fear is that the CMA will leave it too long, messing about, and Concordia will wind their business up.... leaving no money for fines.

I saw my doctor the day after this story and I mentioned it to her, her response was:

"I knew you would mention that" and she laughed.

I asked her if she thought anything would now be done about it, meaning the cost of T3 etc and she replied simply with:

"No I doubt anything will change"

I just thought ya know what I can't be bothered saying anymore...

😄😄 to be fair, this doctor is one of the best at my practice and normally listens and takes you seriously.

The CMA has not taken any action just issued a preliminary opinion which Concordia has rejected.Will no doubt take months to reach next step whatever that is.
