Timing of meds for blood test

I am going to do a blood test tomorrow but would like some advice re timing of meds please. I took both T4 and T3 at 7.45 this morning so I know I would take my T4 approx. same time tomorrow but what about T3?

I think I am supposed to take T3 12 hours before the test (7.45pm tonight) but when would I take the next one? Will I be OK to wait till the following morning?

Take your T3 tonight; bring both with you and take them after your blood test (if that is after 7:45 in the morning, if the tests are before 7:45, just wait until your usual time).

I thought that was what I should do but I was a bit worried about having two doses of T3 so close together?
