Hi Newbyface, Im a Hashi girl , Im sorry you are feeling these things. Its hard, I know...😢 What you describe can be part of a flare,I felt how one is once. I hope they started you on some thyroid medication.

In the mean time be kind to yourself, try not to "do it al" in your life. Feed yourself good foods ( lots of dark leafy greens - raw & cooked , organic grass fed meat ( if you eat it ) & bone broth to boost your immune system all the way around. Rest when you can & stay hydrated. Water w/lemon , green or white tea , I also suggest hibiscus & chamomile teas. start removing wheat gluten & often dairy is best taken out. Some folks , like me, are sensitive to a protein in it: casein.

Here are good reads - I follow her protocols & have lowered my antibodies! Sending hugs🤗🌸
