Some of those could be thyroid related - checklist here thyroiduk.org.uk/tuk/about_...
Have you had thyroid function tests carried out?
Some could be low nutrient levels, if not done ask for Vit D, B12, Folate and Ferritin to be tested.
Post any results in a new thread on the forum for comment, include the reference ranges though as these vary from lab to lab.
Definitely thyroid symptoms
This is a list too. You can tick off your symptoms and take to your GP.

Have you made an appointment with your GP for a blood test for hypothyroidism?
Blood tests have to be at the very earliest, fasting (you can drink water) and if you were taking thyroid hormone replacement (levothyroxine usually) you'd allow a 24 hour gap between last dose and test.
Ask GP (he wont do all of them) for TSH, T4, T3, Free T4, Free T3 and thyroid antibodies. If he or lab wont do all of them you can have a private test from one of our two private labs.
GP should also test B12, Vit D, iron, ferritin and folate as deficiencies can also cause symptoms.
Always get a print-out of your results with the ranges. Ranges enable members to respond to the results.
