I’ve been hypo for over 30 years and on 150mcg rising to 175mcg and then 200mcg due to fatigue but suddenly my TSH dropped to 0.02 and I had heart palpitations and fatigue.
Dr has reduced me in increments to now 125mcg daily.
My latest TSH is 0.04 (range 0.30 -5.00) and my free T3 is 4.5
(Range 3.10 - 6.80)
Dr says this is satisfactory but I’m not even in range for TSH?
I’m suffering from extreme fatigue still and wondering what’s going on?
I’m 52 and also going through the menopause.
